Welcome September!

Happy New Year!

September signifies the start of new beginnings and after playing like a grasshopper over the summer I look forward to returning back to my classes and schedule in the fall.

I am so grateful and feel so blessed to be able to share this wonderful practice and look forward to reconnecting with my wonderful students and the “routine”.

Most of my home regular classes start up this week, and space is still available in most of them. Here is a highlight of what I’m offering for fall session. If your interested, email me at nat@simply.yoga

Monday: Kundalini – 5:45 to 7:15 pm – September 18 to November 27
Tuesday: Slow Flow and Yin – 6:15 to 7: 15 pm – September 5 to November 28
Thursday: Power Flow – 6:15 to 7: 15 pm – September 7 to November 30
Saturday: Hatha Beginner – 10:00 to 11:30 am –  September 9 to December 2

My attendance at my regular studio drop-in class has been quite spotty to say the least during the month of August (taught one of four) but I am happy to be returning to teach Ashtanga at Adi Shesha Yoga Zone in the Glebe on Sunday mornings.

I’m also very happy and honoured to be part of the faculty with Basia Going and Janice Tokaryk for the Adi Shesha Teacher Training 200-Hour program which starts this October – space is still available if you are thinking of joining up with other wonderful students.

My corporate classes are going very well, I’m really blessed with a wonderful group of people who come out to the classes, I have been teaching regularly with the RCMP at Vanier and Leomont and now may be adding thier Orleans location to the mix.

Many things to look forward to in the fall, namely the joy of being a student once more with some very worthwhile teacher trainings in town here:

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training at Adi Shesha Yoga Zone, September 15 to 17
Love Your Brain Yoga Teacher Training at PranaShanti, October 6 to 8

In addition to all this, I have also signed up for belly and bollywood dancing at Sandy Hill Community centre Wednesday nights with the wonderful Halyma and a group of wonderful women.

And to end this year off, my wonderful husband is treating me to a trip to celebrate my 45th birthday for two weeks in December and have rented a condo in Mexico on Isla Mujeres. Following that we have two weeks back here in YOW before Christmas holidays with my family in Barrie and poof, the start of another new year.
