If you are unable to attend a class on your requested day, you are welcome to attend one of the other classes as make-up.
Payment is valid for this session only and not transferrable into subsequent sessions.

12 – Week Session.
Saturday September 16 to Tuesday December 12
Saturday. Hatha All Levels @ 10:00 AM (60 minutes)
Dates: Sept 16 to Dec 9. Class cancelled Oct 7
Cost: $120
The class will utilize a variety of yoga styles to help warm up and stretch the body before moving into a more traditional hatha practice of asana (posture) and (pranayama). Consider the class a bit of potpourri with a little bit of this and that giving you exactly what you need to unwind from the week and get ready for your weekend activity. The more you move the easier it is to be in your body and less in your head. Class moves moderately throughout poses but enough time is given to cover key alignment principles and muscle activation.
Tuesday. Hatha @ 12:00 PM (50 minutes)

Get a little yoga in the middle of your day. This class is designed for office workers who need a little pick me up and unwind before returning back to work. The class incorporates the best of yoga in a short 50 minute span, some flow to help generate some heat and to link breath with movement then wind down with longer held floor postures.
Tuesday. Gentle Slow Flow @ 5:45 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: Sept 19 to Dec 12. Class cancelled Oct 31
Cost: $120
This class will help to stretch and gently strengthen all the muscles and joints of the body. Class will incorporate a slow flow style with an emphasis on alignment principles. Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners who want a great way to wind down at the end of the day.
Wednesday. Kundalini @ 5:00 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: Sept 20 to Dec 6
Cost: $120
Every class is different and based on a theme. It can be quite vigorous, aerobic and challenging. Lots of pranayama (breathwork), chanting and meditation. This practice is meant to poke, provoke and elevate you, don’t be shy, come and discover what this practice has to offer.

We start the class with 30 minutes gentle yoga to release the day and unwind. The last 30 minutes will be guided meditation and/or relaxation. A perfect way to wind down and get ready for the weekend.
Six-Week Session
FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
Dates: Mondays, October 16 to November 20
Time: 6:00 to 7:00 PM

Whether you have been away from your practice for a while or looking to give this practice called Yoga a try, this is the series for you. Designed to be accessible to all, over the six weeks, we will build and learn upon skills by repetition the key poses, alignment, modifications, movements and breath techniques involved in this body mind-practice. As needed, time will be given after class to address specific challenges. Each class will build upon skills upon the other and will lay a good foundation for future practices.
Existing or returning students of Studio 57/58 who wish to take this class, can do so at $55 ($15 off).
If you sign up and bring a friend, the session is free, no charge.
Students who successfully complete this series and wish to sign up for the next winter 2024 session of classes will be given a Gratitude discount of $20 off. Students will also be given access to the remainder of Fall session of regular classes at no charge (session ends Dec 12).
