All classes are online (via Zoom) with a great community of yogis.

2022 Spring Session

All classes run for 12 weeks, between Saturday April 2 and Thursday June 30. 

All classes are $120 for the session. If you are unable to attend a class on your requested day, you are welcome to attend one of the other classes as make-up. Drop-ins available at $14/class.
Once registration and payment confirmed, the ZOOM invite will be sent to your email.

Saturday. Hatha All Levels @ 10:00 AM (60 minutes)
Dates: April 2 to June 25

The class will utilize a variety of yoga styles to help warm up and stretch the body before moving into a more traditional hatha practice of asana (posture) and (pranayama). Consider the class a bit of potpourri with a little bit of this and that giving you exactly what you need to unwind from the week and get ready for your weekend activity. The more you move the easier it is to be in your body and less in your head. Class moves moderately throughout poses but enough time is given to cover key alignment principles and muscle activation.

Tuesday. Hatha @ 12:00 PM (50 minutes)
Dates: April 5 to June 28

Get a little yoga in the middle of your day. This class is designed for office workers who need a little pick me up and unwind before returning back to work. The class incorporates the best of yoga in a short 50 minute span, some flow to help generate some heat and to link breath with movement then wind down with longer held floor postures. 

Tuesday, Stretch & Slow Flow @ 5:30 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: April 5 to June 28

This class will help to stretch and gently strengthen all the muscles and joints of the body. Class will incorporate a slow flow style with an emphasis on alignment principles. Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners who want a great way to wind down at the end of the day.

Wednesday, Kundalini @ 5:00 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: April 6 to June 29

Every class is different and based on a theme. It can be quite vigorous, aerobic and challenging. Lots of pranayama (breathwork), chanting and meditation. This practice is meant to poke, provoke and elevate you, don’t be shy, come and discover what this practice has to offer.

Thursday. Hatha @ 12:00 PM (50 minutes)
Dates: April 7 to June 30

Thursday, Yin @ 5:30 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: April 7 to June 30

Yin Yoga is slower-paced, where the poses are held for a long periods of time (typically two to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. It can be a nice compliment to other styles of practice and provides a good opportunity to slow down, breathe and feel.

New Students. Please tell me a little about yourself, past yoga history, other activities you like to do, and are working with any injuries or physical challenges so that we ensure that you are placed in the appropriate level and style of class. 

POLICIES

While I will try to keep the dates firm, schedule may be subject to change.
In the event of a cancellation by me a make up class will be offered at the end of session held or a refund or credit will be given.
I understand that sometimes, life can get in the way of a yoga practice or commitment. When this happens, you are welcome to attend one of the other listed classes above as make-up. 

Class Cancellations
Saturday April 18 – Easter Saturday.
TBC, a one week break from Monday April 18 to Friday April 22 OR Monday April 25 to Friday April 29. In the event, no week is cancelled, classes will end the week prior on Thursday June 23. The Saturday class is unaffected by the week break and will end Saturday June 25 regardless.
