The practice of yoga requires you, the practitioner to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. Yoga might be challenging at times, but it should never be painful. Please listen to your body, never force or strain.

Stop exercising and consult your physician if you feel dizzy, faint, light-headed or if you experience any discomfort. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your doctor first. These classes aren’t suitable for pregnant ladies. Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.

Make sure you exercise in a large well-lit area that is free from obstacles and that you wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t inhibit movement.
