Please note a minimum number of registrants is required to run a class.
Once class is confirmed a GO, with enough registrants, payment can then be made via etransfer.
Once payment confirmed, the ZOOM invite will be sent to your email.
Unable to make it to your selected day? No Problem! You are welcome to attend one of the other classes as make-up.
Payment is valid for this session only and not transferrable into subsequent sessions.

Monday January 6 to Saturday March 29
Monday: Just Yoga Nidra @ 7:30 PM
Dates: Jan 6 to March 24
A guided mediation/relaxation reported to be better than sleep. It is done lying down in a comfortable position and the only effort is listening and hearing as you are guided through different states of being from the external to the internal. It has been known to help relieve stress, induce a state of calm and improved sleep. No experience necessary.
Tuesday. Yoga Flow @ 12:00 PM (50 minutes)
Dates: Jan 7 to March 25
Get a little yoga in the middle of your day. This class is designed for office workers who need a little pick me up and unwind before returning back to work. The class incorporates the best of yoga in a short 50 minute span, some flow to help generate some heat and to link breath with movement then wind down with longer held floor postures.
Tuesday. Gentle Yoga @ 5:30 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: Jan 7 to March 25
This class will help to stretch and gently strengthen all the muscles and joints of the body. Class will incorporate a slow flow style with an emphasis on alignment principles. Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners who want a great way to wind down at the end of the day.
Wednesday. Kundalini @ 5:00 PM (60 minutes)
Dates: Jan 8 to March 26
Every class is different and based on a theme. It can be quite vigorous, aerobic and challenging. Lots of pranayama (breathwork), chanting and meditation. This practice is meant to poke, provoke and elevate you, don’t be shy, come and discover what this practice has to offer.
Thursday. Yoga Flow @ 12:00 PM (50 minutes)

Saturday. Hatha All Levels @ 10:00 AM (60 minutes)
Dates: Jan 11 to March 29
The class will utilize a variety of yoga styles to help warm up and stretch the body before moving into a more traditional hatha practice of asana (posture) and (pranayama). Consider the class a bit of potpourri with a little bit of this and that giving you exactly what you need to unwind from the week and get ready for your weekend activity. The more you move the easier it is to be in your body and less in your head. Class moves moderately throughout poses but enough time is given to cover key alignment principles and muscle activation.
